Soft Drink Facts...And They're Not Pretty!

1. The United States ranks first among countries in soft drink consumption. The per-capita consumption of soft drinks is in excess of 150 quarts per year, or about three quarts per week. (Murray)

As the facts say above, there are most definitely some dangers associated with drinking too much soda. Obesity is one of the biggest risks consuming too much soda. Obesity is not only dangerous and unhealthy, it also costs our country millions of dollars per year. How do you know if you are in the danger zone of obesity? So in order to be more healthy and help reduce obesity, we need to be cutting down on our soda consumption! That's easier said than done, right??
